any help out there?

ok people heres my situation....
next week i would be going in to labor if i hadnt miscarried. its been six months i still havent gotten over it and i still havent gotten pregnant. i cant take the pain and disapointment any more. i just stared bleeding today. i know my huband is going to ask as as as he gets home from work. i cant tell him. i dont want to look in his eyes. i dont want to go on like this. im NOT going to hurt my self! i just need some help. i dont know if this is the right place or not i hope so. what can i do to forget and make the pain go away?
