IS IT HIS?

Here's the deal: I'm 18 and 6 weeks pregnant which is okay i am happy and my boyfriend and family are also but i'm not positive if it's his or not. The thing is that the doctor said i concieved on jan. 14, 15, or 16 which would have all been my boyfriend but i had sex with someone on the 10th. The problem is now that my periods have not been regular for quite a couple months so i am not sure when my actual conception dates are and i dont think my doctor knew this. I did not tell my bf because he will be very very upset if he finds out, so if anyone has any info on what i should do please let me know.
