 | My name is ryan, and i seem to have had the same thing as her, as a kid in sixth grade i would get very nervous in the stomach when hearing about an upcoming fieldtrip, and when the trip came up i would just not go, but that was avoiding the problem. After a year or two i actually grew out of it. But now i am twenty two years old and it as seem to of came back. I get really nervous like, im about to do something i am scared of, but all that is about to happen is I am going to a store or something. So know it has seemed to progress into a little bit bigger of a deal. But know i am taking counseling classes and seem to be doing better. So you may take those into account. Does your seven year old get panic attacks, if she does go on trips? |
