Yes, my son receives speech therapy and occupational therapy (twice weekly) in his preschool. He also receives ABA therapy a few times a week also in school as well as twice a week at home which is great. His ABA therapist that sees him in preschool has just begun making her home visits and it's awesome. My son hasn't been diagnosed yet and actually his behavior at school has improved a little since there are now fewer children in his class and he has been able to get more one on one time with the aides which I believe is also helping his speech a little more.When he was exhibiting aggresive behavior in school it was usually directed towards the teachers and not towards his classmates. He's actually always interacted well with other kids his age and a little older. Is your son in any preschool program? I do worry that my son may be misdiagnosed because of his expressive speech delay also. I'm curious to see what the ped. neurologist will say when we see him in March. Can you tell me any other things about your son that concerns you? There may be some other things similar to what my son does. Thanks for responding.
