SUBJECT:

Can I lose weight while being pregnant.

If I am pregnant and overweight, is it possible and safe for the baby if I lose weight. My family tells me that if I am overweight and pregnant I will develop complications and risk losing the baby.

Now I am scared and possibly pregnant.

Please help shed light to this issue or misconception.
