brown discharge while 5 months pregnant

I have been having a light amount of discharge for the last couple week some camping but that only last for a few hours and goes away. But the discharge does not it is usually a small amount in my underwear daily. I have read that this may be a sign of a late miscarriage I don't have my next appt till 02/28/03 is this anything to be concerned with? has any one experienced this please help i am worried sick about this. thanks
