To MysticalMajesty,

I read your message and it brought tears to my eyes. That is EXACTLY the same thing I am going through.
I have a child with my ex-husband who incidentally doesnt even see his child. My current husband is the love of my life. We were best friends for years. I would help him with his girlfriends and he was always there for me when my ex-husband was harming me. But we were only friends, but the best of friends. About a year before we started dating he decided to get a vasectomy. His girlfriend was always telling him she was pregnant and then a month later she would say she lost it. As his friend I pleaded with him telling him not to do it that one day he might fall in love get married and want a baby. He said that will never happen, that he'll never find that kind of happiness. Little did I know that person would be me.
A part of me will always be empty because I can't have a baby ever again. It brings tears to his eyes because he knows what he did and he says hes sorry all the time. We don't have money to reverse his vasectomy. He never did get tested after he had his vasectomy but I don't have that kind of luck that something might happen. I don't think I will ever be able to find peace within myself to get over this.
I know I could have a baby with any other man, but my husband is my soul mate, we have a fairy tale kind of love and I would never give that up. He is my best friend. We have been together 4 years now. He is the man I was meant to be with. But talk about irony.
My heart will always break over this and I guess that is something I will have to live with.
I just wanted you to know I know what you're going through, and I feel for you.
Best of luck to you.
