We have moved out of the city to the mountians. We had to get rid of his dog because of severe allergies, My 30 yr old husband had a heart attck in June and I became pregnant with a seroiusly high risk pregnancy. Tensions were high in the house, arguments, crying, lots of stress. I was so sick I had to take my son out of play program, So it was him , I and the TV. Once my husband recovered, the new game was Big Bop. He is constanly wrestling with my son. He means well, but my 3 yr old doesn't know when to stop.
Needless to say we are alone, no friends or family up here...yet. Long story short. My son loves his new brother, but will not listen to any one , not me or my husband. He s also having potty issues. I noticed he behavior became more sggressive when I came home from the hospital after mt c-section. I tried to take him to pre-school progem , bu he was wild, gettin gin all of the kids faces and not listening to the teacher. He wanted to play on his own and challenged me every step of the way. He is so lovable , always hugging and kissing and telling everyone he loves them , but he has a hard time calming himself down. I feel like I lost control...I miss my little guy so much. I am stressed and tired .My new born is also very jaundice , he is six weeks tomarrow. I am at wits end. I want to do this right. Most people say this is normal for a 3 yr old to challenge. Does anyone have a way of handleing this. I will not hit or spank and my once very effective time outs have turned to threats (I have lost it) that no longer work.
I want him to be able to socialize amongst children his age , but I am embarrassed to take him anywhere. Nikki S | |  | |
