I don't necessarily agree with you. I have had six children and everyone of them has slept on their stomachs, not for my sake either! I think these mothers know their children better than any Dr. can ever begin to know them. I feel that we are seeing an increased amount of mis-shapen infant heads now because of the babies being forced to sleep on their backs. I don't feel that sleeping on the stomach is the only contributor to SIDS! My children never had any problems sleeping on their tummy's, and once they learn to roll over you can't stop them from sleeping how they want too anyway! I say that you as a mother must do what you feel is best for your baby. Remember: Motherhood passes by quickly, try to enjoy even the tough times!! God Bless You All!!
