My son is 15 months and only 3 days ago I bought him his elmo potty chair and the very next morning when I woke up I put him on it and he went. so then I tried the next day after we woke up and he did it again and this morning also. So to me I am not sure if I am lucky or he is getting it but he has went as soon as he woke up for the 3 days now. I have tried to get him to go during the day and nothing but I am at least establishing a morning ritual he seems to be following. So, no I do not think 15 months is too early.
