looking at the date, just wondering how your son is goinig? with his delayed speach, does he have any other things, like lack of concerntration, frustration, any behavoiural probs. the reason is ask is that my son was similar, then as he grew older and developed more he started to get frustrated and due to the lack of speech and tha developed behavuorial probs became worse. anyway we asked for a referral to a peadtrician, our son is know 4 1/2 and has been diangnosed in the Autistic spectrum, but that is ok because he is on the mild end of the spectrum and because it was picked up early we have had a lot of help thru early intervention and other programmes. i am not saying you son is in the spectrum, i am just saying that if things haven't pick up, please get a referal and get him checked out.
thru all this i now see a beautiful little man,with personallity and loads of affection, even though he has a lot of differences in his demeaner, and it is all because it was picked up early. If i had listened to family and friends who said that he would "GROW OUT OF IT'he would still probably be the frustrated little man i had before
