SUBJECT: Neurotoxins in food
Has anyone read the book by neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock about Excitotoxins? It is very good. It tells you the names of ingredients on foods that mean MSG. Did you know "natural flavors" and "spices" on labels can stand for MSG.? And on tuna read the label! If it says "broth" or hydrolyzed protein under the ingredient section it means MSG. This according to Blaylock is linked to colic, spastic colin, obesity and diabetes, asthma and neurological disorders. Very scarey. Even in baby formula to flavor and increase sales. See more at the website truthinlabelin.com and nomsg.com
you will find this info useful.
