I have been searching the internet trying to figure out the same problem I have had with my son since he was about 2yrs old. He is now 3 1/2. He started getting a bad rash on his butt and I thought maybe it was from his pull-ups. Then we thought maybe it was from too much juice. We have yet to narrow down the cause. The doctor gave us some anti-fungal cream, but it did not work either. Every once in a while it will clear up, but then it returns. Sometimes it looks like acne, sometimes like a rash, and it seems to itch him sometimes. So, I am still trying to figure out what this is myself.
