 | Hi, I'm 17 years old. I'm 5'7, 116lbs. I know that I'm an normal weight, and I don't think I'm fat at all. I love to run and I'm very active. I eat normal around my friends, maybe even a little less than them. But whenever I'm by myself, I stuff my face. I'm never not hungry, all my friends eat so much less than me, I feel like a pig. Right now, I still have a fast metabolism, so it's okay. But I don't know if when my metabolsim slows down, if I'll be able to stop. I'm happy with what I am right now. Does anyone have any tips on how to get food off the mind? I just wish I could be like everyone else, and not think about (and actually eat) food so much. Thanks. |
