I had to smile when i read this because it brings back memories. My son is 9 now, but he was born with SEVERE food allergies and excema. He ate rice for a year straight and some weird concoction people drank from NASA! he was allergic to everything..i mean everything made him sick and madehis excema worse. Have you gotten blood tests to confirm all the allergies? Does your child get tummy problems, rashes..what kind of side affects? I had to learn how to cook with the few items i could for him. He can get nutrients from alot of foods, but i know what you mean when you run out of stuff to make! being picky doesnt make it easier for you either. Can he have soy products? Rice? there's soy and rice milk available..you can cook with both too. Make pancakes(wheatless too!)cakes cookies, try finding cookbooks and websites on here too. that helped me. my 2 yr old has some allergies too but not as bad as the 9 yr old. good thing is?? he'll outgrow alot of them..dont worry. My 9 yr old can have everything now except dairy and peanuts. thats not too bad considering! i'll look on some sites for you too..good luck and hang in there!
