itchy labia...Help!!!!!

i am very scared right now.
my inner lips (labia) on my vagina have been itching badly sometimes. and i have little white bumps on my labia too, where the itching is.

i noticed the itching when i was in school and my pants where really rubbing against my labia hard and rubbing them making them sweat and squishing them...now a few days later they are itchy and there are white bumps on them. today i was itchy a little and it started bleeding just a bit.

and i used the restroom and i noticed heavy white discharge that did not smell...i am confused though cuz i always have heavy discharge when my period is near, and my period is due in a week...but this discharge seemed really drippy.

i just am very scared i have an infection or something...and the itching seems to go away mostly when i dont wear my jeans...when i'm in my pj's at nite it doesnt itch.

please help, i am very very scared now...

what do u think it is.

( and i have only had one sexual partner and he is my husband...we lost our virginity together and we each have been faithful..so its not herpes or anything)
