SUBJECT: Sleep
My 18 month son is only sleeping around eight hours a night and then taking one or two (1 1/2 hour) a day. I keep on hearing that he should sleep around 14 hours a day including naps. Should I be concerned? Any suggestions on getting him to sleep longer at night?
