SUBJECT: DO I LET MY 4 MONTH OLD CRY IT OUT?
Hi,
I would really appreciate some help :). I am a young first time mother. I have a 4 month old who does not sleep through the night. I have put her on a 8 to 9 bed time schedule. I give her a bath and feed her, wait till she's tired (somewhere between 8 and 9) Then I rock her to sleep and put her to bed. she wakes up around 2 or three and usually wont take anything but a bottle. Do I let her cry it out in the middle of the night?
