Hi there - my daughter is 12 months and she has gone on the potty 5 times now since Christmas. We purchased her a potty for christmas. Many people say I am pushing to early for this - however she started walking at 9 months...so I thought this would be the next step. She does not speak only 5 or 6 words and potty is not one of them. But if I catch her before she does potty #1 and put her on the potty and tell her to do potty she does it. So my reply to you is 15 months is not early if she will do it for you. I am only a first time mom but if your daughter is advanced with doing things why not. As long as you don't force the issue and don't become frustrated if she does not meet your expediations - as they say this is their milestone they need to accomplish.
