6yr old wetter, tried everything and need some support.

I am in desperate need of help. My son is almost 7 yrs old and has always been a bed wetter. He pretty much wets every night and will have a good spell of 2 or 3 days before wetting again 95% of nights. We have tried everything…cloth diapers, no diapers, having him hand wash his own clothes, giving him little fluids at night, making him pee all day even. We tried the firm lectures and the casual ones and nothing works! We have been waking him 3 times a night and he still wets in the night. We do not know where he gets all that pee! He doesn’t even pee in the daytime as much as he does at night. Any assistance would be great.
