OH MY GOSH! Please do not listen to these jerks who are responding to your letter. It is completely normal for a child to "hump". There is nothing to feel ashamed about. There obviously can be some reasons for this though. Has your daughter been through a "crisis" of any kind? Have you and the father split up for example? I experienced this when I left my children's father after 6 years of hell. My daughter who was 3 at the time started showing this behavior as well. After speaking with her and her pediatrician we discovered it was just her finding some "comfort" in all the confusion of her world being turned upside down. Please do not do anything drastic, this is just a phase. It will pass. Make her feel comfortable and safe. Reassure her that she isn't bad. She is a child and children will do things that we may not agree with BUT they are CHILDREN. Teach them right and they will think twice before they do wrong. Be safe!!!! God Bless!!!!
