Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

I had my period on January 1st and it stopped at the 7th. The period was very dark red color. Kinda different from my last period. But on the 8th to 11th or 12th I had very light pinkish discharge. After that I started to feel hungry during the days on the 12th until today 19th. Also I started going to the washroom more often. Last night about half an hour before I went to bed I had a cramp. At first I thought I was having a stomachache but I noticed that it was different. It felt more like cramp feeling but my period has not started and it won't start until the end of the month. So I was wondering if I could be pregnant?
I have not done a home pregnancy test yet 'cause I thought it's a little early to tell. So when should I have the HPT?
Can everybody tell me your opinions.
