PLEASE do what ever it takes to stop now. I have been smoking for 26 years and its a horrible habit. If I could do it over again I never would have touched a cigarette.
I have seen 4 people die of lung cancer. My own mother is sick with emphysema. She has been in and out of hospitals and on and of respirators for a few years.
Do it now while you are still young and not have to stop doing something you have been doing for many many years everyday.
I have tried everything on the market, nothing seemed to work for me. In your mind you must 100% want to quit.
