 | My daughter will be 3 in Feb. and I have noticed a change in her personality since my other baby was born 5 1/2 months ago. It started the day we brought him home. I don't know if it is a behavioral problem, terrible twos, or a disorder.
To describe her is hard. She has become very mean, violent, and unloving. She can go through 5 emotions is 1 minute. Like she will be happy playing with a toy, then mad at the toy and screaming and yelling, then she will start crying, then she will love on the toy. She normally runs around the house screaming. She will not mind me at all, I have tried every discipline imaginable. She is very definant. She has started throwing tantrums when we discipline her, and started a screaming thing, like bloody murder screaming and won't stop. She is destructive. She is also very very advanced for her age. She knows everything and can speak like a 8 yr old. But she can not understand her actions. I ask her why she does things, and the reason is always "because thats why". She will not sit still longer than 5 minutes with you. She doesn't play with one thing longer than that either. Right know she enjoys books, and is concentrating on memorizing every book and every word on the page. Its really kinda freaky, bc she starts reading them to you. She can be mean to her brother, but then turn around and be very loving to him. Going anywhere with her is a challenge, she normally runs off. She has no fear of anyone or anything.
Is this normal behavior or could she have a problem? |
