i had the same problem with my 2 1/2 year old boy. he would stay up till 1am. i couldn't take it anymore not getting a good sleep plus then he wanted to sleep all day. so i tried many diffrent things all the sleepy bath bubbles none of that worked. then i started after we eat supper i would give him a bath then we would turn on the radio and we would dane and clean up from cookin that uually takes about a hour then we would have a snack and ready a book and he would fall right to sleep. i think all the danceing makes him sleepy.
