depressed 14 yr old thinking of running away

hello last a week ago i got drunk and my parents found out. I was begining to get anoyed with life before that but now im extreamly depressed with life. Im grounded for 5 months its so depressing im thinking about running away i dont have anyone to talk to. what should i do?
