SUBJECT: Prime Time Slime
Am I the only one who is shocked at the content of prime time television?

What happened to 8pm being the family hour on TV? Even the family sitcoms are out of hand.

Tune in to any 8 or 8:30 (pacific time)program and you'll see or hear about Sex at least 9 times during any episode.

It's become increasingly more uncomfortable for us to watch prime time network TV with our children 9, 14 and 16. We're not living in a bubble, and our kids are completely savvy in sex and sexuality matters, but I certainly don't enjoy having to discuss sex education EVERY evening with my kids.

We're tuning into learning and discovery channels more and more often.

The networks need to get a clue and offer up something besides quiz shows during primetime that families can enjoy together without having to spend commercial breaks teaching sex ed.
