SUBJECT: crying himself to sleep
I am desperate for suggestions, my 13 month old at 10 months stopped sleeping through the night, now he will not go to sleep unless I hold him. I put him in his crib at 9:00 and he is still crying as I write this, he will not lay down he just stands up and rocks the crib. My husband just started a new job working 3-11 and I have no help doing this. Once he is asleep he also wake.
Please help me, my heart is breaking and I am exhausted because I also work.
