I just want you to know that you don't need to worry about the medication you are on. I am pregnant with my 3rd and last child. I am taking zoloft. During my 2nd pregnancy I was horribly depressed and had awful panic attacks. I went on prozac and was on it the whole pregnancy. She is a beautiful child and nothing is wrong with her. I read an article the other day as well as talked to a few doctors. The doctors and the literature I was reading states the if you are depressed and stressed out that it can do more harm to your baby than taking and antidepressant. So know that you have to weigh your pros and cons. You will get through this and there are a lot of women out there going throught the same thing. You are not alone. This too shall pass. I recomend a 2 books to you "Telling yourself the Truth" I don't know the author's name. The other is The Anxiety Cure" by Dr. Archibald D. Hart It deals with worry stress and panic attacks. The first book deals with the way you think and the things you tell yourself. Both books have helped me tremendously. I am having some anxiety this pregnancy, but thank God that it is nothing like the last time. I know this will pass. Good luck.
