| Hi, Jordan's Momma. Unfortunately, I don't have any advice, as we have the same problem and I wondered if anyone made any suggestions that have improved your son's situation. Our son is 2 months old, very, very fussy all the time which is so trying, as you said, it is trying on yourself and your husband. Our son also turns away from the breast, screaming while feeding, especially on the 2nd breast. One of the ways we found out it was reflux was that I pumped milk and he treated the bottle the same way, crying during the feeding. The strange thing that has helped him eat is that we put the vacuum on during the feeding as he really likes white noises. He will eat while the vacuum is on, most of the time. Unfortunately, this is very limiting since we can't take the vacuum everywhere we go which means we can't go anywhere much!
