SUBJECT: toilet training
I have a 31/2 yr. old nephew who will not pee or poop in the potty. He will tell his mother when he has to go and then she will take his underwear off and then puts a pull up on. When he is done mom takes that off and puts underwear back on. Is that normal? What can she do to get the boy to sit and go on the potty. If you dont put the pull up on the boy will hold it and hold it. Mom is scared boy will get an infection of some sort because he is holding it. She has tried bribing BUT it does not work. Should she just keep doing this with the pull up? He wears underwear all the time except when he has to go. HELP
