sighs .... lets try this again

so i posted this yesterday and waited and waited but it never showed, so i am beginning to think it got lost.
i think the "few hours to appear" warning is a bit ... wrong.
not to be mean or anything but it only takes like two days max to restructure and reformat a message board like this

anyways
vitamins make me sick(er)
morning sickness lasts all day
when i take the vitamins i just throw em back up again ten minutes later
absolutely *nothing* stays down
im not losing weight tho despite that i never eat or drink
after i throw up the vitamins do i try to take it again or wait til the next day to try again?
is there any subsitute for the vitamins cuz i sure aint a healthy eater right now?
can't get back to the doc for a couple more weeks, so would appreciate alternative suggestions in the meantime
theres gotta be more that i can do besides just wait for the gd morning sickness to pass so i can take the prenatal vitamins again
