I think that you should get your rear to the school and talk to your son's teacher to your son's principal. This way a teacher can watch over him while he is out during recess or lunch. There is NO reason why another child should have any knowledge of the size of your childs private areas!
Meanwhile, tell your son to walk away from these children and report them to a teacher.
Also let your son know, that it is ok to report these children, they are not his friends. Friends do NOT do this to one another.
