SUBJECT: vaginal problem with 3 yr. old
My 3 yr. old daughter's vaginal opening is mostly closed. She has had this problem since she was a newborn. I have never heard of this. My 1 yr. old also has this problem. The doctor said not to worry about it, but gave me a hormone cream to put on it when she was an infant. He said she could have this until she starts puberty. Anyone else have this problem or heard of this? She urinates okay, but we don't know if it hurts or is uncomfortable for her. Any advice will help.
