SUBJECT: i had my last depo shot end of Aug. Could i be prego?
I was wondering what experiences other women have had with stopping the Depo Provera shot and any following symptoms. My last shot was on August 20th and for the last week, my breasts have been tender-the nipple area especially. I have also been experiencing odd twinges in the lower abdominal area, increased acne problems, increased size of my breasts and they also feel swollen and heavier than usual. Also, just within the last couple of days, I've had to urinate a lot more frequently without actually having to go that much. I realize that all of these symptoms could be explained by other things, but my husband and I have not been using an alternate source birth control. I have not had a period since I quit the depo. Has anyone else experience these symptoms after depo without being pregnant?
Thanks.
