For me the first signs of pregnancy was the enlargement of my breasts and fatigue. My breasts didn't start hurting until my 8th week. I'm going into my 10th week. Others signs are nausea/vomiting (like you may have an upset stomach/stomach virus),frequent urination,tender breasts, fatigue, heartburn/indigestion, food cravings/aversions. Keep in mind that every pregancy is different for every woman. You can have all of these or some of these. Hope this helps!
