I also have a 3 year old girl who will pee on the toilet all be herself. She almost never poops on the toilet--always in her pants. The few times she went on the toilet she seemed very embarassed. I don't know what to tell you, I'm looking for advice myself. But, I'm glad to see I'm not the only Mom going through this.
