4 yr old son knows too much

My 4 yr old son and i were in the tub when he asked me to kiss his tee tee. I asked where he learned that. He said from my best friends son who is 6.My son has crawled under the covers and started kissing my legs and pulling his underwear off. I told him not to do that and made him come out of the covers and he had an erection. He again said my friends son had him do this. she has no idea where it is coming from.I went to the restroom at her house and there was no tissue so i reached under the cabinet for some andthere were like 4 sexually explicit magazines under there. We were spending the night and she and i and my son slept in her room and her son and husband slept in sons rom. the husband came in and got a video out of a drawer ad went back nto sons room. im sure it was porn. I believe he is watching this thinking his son is asleep. Can u believe. Their only child and older parents. i dont think he realizes but still cant believe it. I am scared to tell her .
