Congratulations on the pregnancy!!!
I've never heard of PCO, but this is the first message board I've been on and I'm new to all this. Can you tell me what Metformin is?
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for over a year and it is really starting to depress me. My cycle is normal and I don't have any problems as far as I know, other than being overweight. I have been trying to lose weight, but that's easier said than done. My doctor told me to come back in a year if I hadn't gotten pregnant (I recently changed obgyn's so I had been trying to conceive before I went to this doctor--both my sisters are REALLY fertile so I figured I wouldn't have any trouble). October was a year. My only problems is I don't know if I should go back now since it's been over a year, when I'm sure my weight will be used against me or if I should wait until April for my regular yearly exam and keep trying to lose weight?
