SUBJECT: Have 2 children, need advice about having 3rd child
My husband and I are in our early 30's with a 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl. I've always dreamed of a family of at least 4 children. My husband has decided that 2 is just enough. I wanted to compromise with him and just have 3 but he isn't really interested. Although my heart tells me one more child will complete my family, I do see reasons not to have one more. Mainly, we are just barely comfortable with our income but still manage to provide our children opportunities to play sports etc. and send them to Catholic school. I'm afraid a 3rd child will put a bigger strain on us. My question is how do I get this idea of another child out of my head. I keep thinking of our money situation but still long for this child. Is this selfish?
