SUBJECT: little tiny red bumps
my 28 month old daughter has little tiny red bumps that she breaks out with on her calves, thighs, belly, and back of arms. they don't seem to bother or itch her but i don't know if they are hives or what. sometimes i think it could be the cold weather but i'm not sure. does anyone have any idea what this could be. sometimes it only lasts about 2 - 3 days. thanks
