3 year old d speech delayed boys

I have just been blessed with the best news about my son Jack. Jack is expressive speech delayed. When he was 2 1/2 last December he only had 23 words. Now he can't say enough. I just learned today that Jack's delay is classified as moderate. Jack did have constant ear infections from 3 months to 15 months (then he got tubes. Mom's if you are worried about your son's speech, trust your instincts. Do something about it immediately.
