 | I need help!! Is there anybody here who can tell me how I can help my teenage stepdaughter out of an abusive relationship. While living with her mom she met a guy, who she ended up living with, at the time she was only 15. After 9 months, her dad and I finally coaxed her into coming to live with us. We thought she was doing great, (she's lived with us for 3 years before). However, we had to have our phone # changed because it seems without us knowing it, she has still been in contact with this guy. This guy hit her on a daily basis , yet she says she loves him. He threatens to kill hisself if she breaks up with him. At times when i've spoken to her , trying to build her up... she seems to understand and expresses hatred towards this guy. But at the same time, emailing him saying she loves him. What do I do? He lives an hour away. She's met someone new who treats her very well, but she still has this thing for this other guy!! Help please!!!
