Number one, you ARE NOT A FREAK!! So don't ever feel this way!!! I wish everyone was as smart about their minds and bodies as you are...
Now, you can't take back what you've already given, but you can talk to your boyfriend. If he cares about you, he should respect your opinions and your hesitation about having sex with him. If he DOESN'T respect your opinions or that you think it's moving too fast, HE DOESN'T care about you and you SHOULDN'T even think about having sex with someone that doesn't care about your feelings. Regardless of his past sexual escapades, you are NOT any of his ex-girlfriends and you are NOT ready. if he can't accept that, then call it quits. You've got to stand up for yourself and what you believe in. You obviously take into careful consideration who you spend your time with, I don't want you to make any mistakes and do anything you'll regret because some dude made you feel pressured into doing it. It's not cool to pressure people, ESPECIALLY about something so delicate as this.
