My son is 13mos and he has screamed forever!!! When he was born they thought that he had a breathing problem, but it turned out to just be the way he cried. He was really high pitched. Now he screams when he doesn't get his way or if he starts to get tired. Which means, he does it in public quite often. It is very embarrassing and my boyfriend and I get weird looks all the time. He usually wont stop until he calms down himself, sometimes I can talk quietly to him and that will settle him down, but most of the time he has to calm down himself. sorry i dont have better advice!!! lol
