I ditto this comment -- well put. My baby is also diagnosed with CMPA and unless there is blood in the stool then he probably is not allergic. However, the blood is often not detected from the human eye. My pediatrician found the blood in my baby's stool after a lab test. If your still concerned and breastfeeding try eliminating dairy products and see if the symptoms improve. Also, remember it takes 72 hours for the protein to completely rid of the baby's system.
