This might be alittle late, but my daughter has been on the same formula for about 3.5 months now and she has had "runny" stool since sh began this formula. My Dr. told me that it goes through her system faster and she has some slightly greenish stool also from this, but was told not to worry as long as she has no other signs of possible sickness, like fever, or not acting like herself. Hope this heleped.
