SUBJECT: weightloss after childbirth
i just had a baby about a month ago. i had gained fifty pounds during my pregnancy and to top it all off i had a c-section.my baby is almost two months now and i just want to be the size i use to be.i was told that because of the c-section my stomach would take time to go down.is that true or do i need to do more situps...
