SUBJECT: maddie
I have a 14 month old daughter. She has been a perfect child. At 1 mo. she started sleeping all night and at 1 yr. she started sleeping in her own toddler bed. she never used to cry about anything but recently she started throwing fits. She throws her self back and kicks and screams when she doesn't get what she wants. My parents were very strict and I was in big trouble if I ever misbehaved in front of anyone. I agree with them that children should behave. My parents strongly believe in spanking and so do I, I don't think it emotionally damaged me. I just don't want to spank my daughter all the time. My husand is gone for a week for work and then he is home for a week, when he is home he doesn't want to get on to her b/c he misses out on so many things with her. So I end up being the bad guy all the time,I just don't feel this is fair.
