I can't say what the rash might be - have you had it checked by a doctor yet? It may be an allergy, a reaction to a change in environment, stress-related, etc. My only comment would be that if you are given cortisone cream for it, please use it sparingly! It is a common prescription yet not so great for the skin. Once you have a diagnosis, I would consider also talking to someone at a health food store, and trying something like Tea Tree Oil on it - it may clear it up. Good luck.
